Type in an address and HouseScan lays out the aerial, the risks, the sale history and a guide to what to pay, using government open data and other public sources. It's a second opinion on the buyer's side before you inspect, bid or sign.
Who runs it
HouseScan is operated by PTE Study Pty Ltd (ABN 36 624 610 751), an Australian company registered in New South Wales. The HouseScan name and domain are used by PTE Study Pty Ltd under licence.
How we work
- Free for now, with no sign-up.
- We don't take money from agents or sellers, and we don't show listing ads.
- Every number says where it comes from. How estimates are worked out, and how accurate they have been, is on the Method page.
