HouseScan coverage in all eight states and territories
Reviewed
NSW has a Sydney house report. Elsewhere the report is area-level, with different map and licensing gaps. Select a state before relying on a result.
New South Wales
HouseScan provides the Sydney detached-house report in NSW, combining implemented lot, planning, hazard, school and area checks. A full report does not mean every field is available for every address, and it does not replace inspection or legal review.
Victoria
Victoria has an area-level report with planning, parcels, implemented hazards, school zones and official area statistics. It does not provide an individual-house sale-based estimate; the suburb median is not a valuation of a dwelling.
Queensland
Queensland has an area-level report. Parcels, FloodCheck and catchments have state sources, while several zoning, character, bushfire and other planning checks are Brisbane City-specific rather than statewide.
Australian Capital Territory
The ACT area report includes parcels, Territory Plan, bushfire, mapped 1% AEP flood and enrolment areas. It has no individual sale-based house estimate and does not republish restricted police-map data.
South Australia
South Australia provides Planning and Design Code overlays and available school, rent, crime and suburb-median context. Parcel boundaries and slope are not shown, and the bundled school year is older and needs an official recheck.
Western Australia
WA provides the implemented open bushfire layer, available slope and area context. Restricted cadastral, zoning and flood data is not republished. Nearby public schools are a proximity list, not catchment confirmation.
Tasmania
Tasmania provides implemented Tasmanian Planning Scheme planning and hazard overlays with Census context. Some older-scheme areas are not covered. School catchments, bond rents and suburb sales medians are not republished.
Northern Territory
The NT report provides implemented coastal storm-surge mapping, Census context and nearby schools. It does not provide complete cadastre, zoning, river-flood, bushfire or catchment clearance. No storm-surge intersection is not a finding of no flood risk.
