隐私政策

HouseScan 由 PTE Study Pty Ltd（ABN 36 624 610 751）运营。我们按《1988 年隐私法》（Privacy Act 1988）和澳洲隐私原则（APPs）处理个人信息。下面说清楚我们收什么、为什么收、交给谁、放多久。

简单说：不用注册；没有广告，没有追踪 cookie，也没有第三方统计工具；不卖任何个人信息。只有你主动关注一套房时，我们才会存你的邮箱。

我们收集什么

  • 你查的地址和房子。用来生成报告。查询结果（例如在售信息、航拍解读）会按地址缓存，不记录是谁查的。
  • 你上传或输入的内容：合同页面、截图、房源文字、你的提问。只用来生成给你的回答，会发给我们的 AI 服务商处理；回答生成后我们不保存这些内容。服务器日志只记一次请求的房子编号和大小，不记内容。
  • 邮箱地址（只在你关注一套房时）。我们保存邮箱、关注的房子和你用的语言，用来发确认信和提醒。点邮件里的退订链接，就会把你的邮箱从这套房的提醒名单里删掉；如果要我们把所有记录彻底删除，发邮件给我们。
  • 技术信息：IP 地址、浏览器类型、访问时间，记录在托管服务的日志里，用于安全和限制访问次数，只保留很短时间。
  • 存在你自己设备上的：候选清单、我的房产、语言选择，存在你浏览器的本地存储里，不会发给我们。你用「发给 TA」分享清单时，清单内容会放在链接里，由你自己决定发给谁。

交给谁

我们只把信息交给帮我们提供服务的公司，它们可能在澳洲以外（主要是美国）处理或存储数据：

  • Vercel：网站托管和数据存储。
  • Anthropic：AI 服务，处理你上传或输入的内容，以及在售信息查询。
  • Resend：发确认信和提醒邮件。
  • Forward Email：把发到 hello@housescan.com.au 的邮件转到我们的收件箱。

为了查房子的情况，我们会把房子的地址或位置（不是你的身份）发给政府地图和数据服务。用合同检查时，你的浏览器会从 cdnjs（Cloudflare）加载读取 PDF 的程序；航拍图从新州空间服务（NSW Spatial Services）加载。除法律要求外，我们不会把你的个人信息交给其他人。

安全

数据通过加密连接传输，存储有访问控制。没有任何系统能做到绝对安全，所以请不要上传不需要的敏感信息，例如银行账号或证件号码。

查看、更正和投诉

你可以要求查看或更正我们保存的你的个人信息，也可以要求删除。对我们处理个人信息的方式有意见，请先发邮件给我们，我们会在 30 天内回复。如果不满意我们的处理，可以向澳洲信息专员办公室（OAIC，oaic.gov.au）投诉。

变更

这份政策可能会更新，上面的日期就是最新版本的日期。

Privacy Policy

HouseScan is operated by PTE Study Pty Ltd (ABN 36 624 610 751). We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. This page sets out what we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

In short: there's no sign-up. We have no ads, no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics, and we don't sell personal information. We only store your email if you choose to follow a house.

What we collect

  • The addresses and houses you look up. We use them to build the report. Results such as listing details and aerial reads are cached by address, without a record of who looked them up.
  • What you upload or type: contract pages, screenshots, listing text and questions. We use them only to produce your answer, and we send them to our AI provider to do that. We don't keep them once the answer is made. Our server logs record the house ID and size of a request, not its content.
  • Your email address, only if you follow a house. We store the email, the house and your language so we can send a confirmation and alerts. The unsubscribe link in each email removes your email from that house's alert list. To have every record deleted, email us.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type and time of visit. These are kept in our hosting logs for a short time, for security and rate limiting.
  • On your own device: your shortlist, My home and language choice are kept in your browser's local storage and aren't sent to us. If you share your shortlist, its contents go in the link, and you decide who gets it.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the companies that help us run the service. They may process or store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States:

  • Vercel: hosting and data storage.
  • Anthropic: AI processing of what you upload or type, and listing searches.
  • Resend: confirmation and alert emails.
  • Forward Email: passes mail sent to hello@housescan.com.au on to our inbox.

To check a house, we send the house's address or location, not who you are, to government map and data services. When you use the contract check, your browser loads the PDF reader from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Aerial imagery loads from NSW Spatial Services. We don't give your personal information to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections and stored data is access-controlled. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't upload sensitive details we don't need, such as bank or ID numbers.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you have a concern about how we handle it, email us first and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
